Just a quick update about activities/meetings away from your usual meeting place. If you are planning these, please ensure these meetings are logged with the district team at least 48 hours before the meeting is due to take place. You will also need to submit a copy of your risk assessment and potentially a copy of the 3rd parties PLI Insurance Certificate (If applicable)
Remember, the Event and Risk Assessment should already have been approved by your Group lead Volunteer and then submitted online below.

We have tried to make the form easy to use. It will guide you through the necessary details and automatically send a copy of the information to the District Team, your GLV, the Event lead, and the person submitting the form. We know this is something extra, but it really helps to ensure the safety of our events and our young people.
